Shipping policy

All items with embroidery will have a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks not including ship time. Items listed as a preorder will have a specified date in the listing section.

Shipping is USPS first class 2-5 days,USPS Priority 1-3 days, or UPS Ground. Through out the year shipping options will change according to who has the fastest and most reliable shipping. Typically during the holiday season UPS will be the only option.

Belle and Boy is not responsible for delayed or lost packages. If you would like insurance added to your order please email belleandboy@yahoo.com and we will invoice you for the exact amount after the shipping label is created!  All of our shipments include tracking, but no insurance is provided unless you email us and are billed for the cost separately.
