Refund policy

All custom embroidered items are not returnable. In the event you have an issue with your custom item please contact the store and we can work together to figure out a solution.

All custom orders that are personalized with a full name or 3 letter monogram, will receive a proof through the email your provide at checkout or social media handle, so be sure to check your email. This helps to guarantee that you are 100% happy with your custom item before it is made. If you do not respond to the proof within 24 hours of receiving it, then we will have to move forward with your order. This unfortunately means that if the item is not how you'd like it look then we are not responsible since proofs were provided.

Socks and bows are not eligible for returns.

Items not embroidered are eligible for return within 7 days of receiving the items. For return first contact us at belleandboy@yahoo.com, to make sure that the item is eligible and for the return shipping address. Belle and Boy is not responsible for the return shipping cost or if the item is lost during shipping back to us. If the item being returned was eligible for free shipping a fee of $5-$8 will be deducted from the return.

All preorders are also final sale and may not be returned or exchanged!
